Christmas Things

We just got back from a lovely time in New York with the fam there. We toured Long Island, spent a day in Manhattan and did many Christmas traditions. My sister’s husband-to-be joined us and that was extra cool, as I hadn’t spent any extended sort of time with him.

The above pic is a present I made for my father. It was a big hit. He’s taking it to the office today to proudly display it.

I know not what fuels your creativity or what possessed you to do that but it’s hilarious.  That is such a great use for all the leftover spleens and such from that hospital down the street from you!  You’ll make a fortune and be the “pet rock guy” of the 21st century.  Except when they sing your praises they’ll refer to you, more appropriately than pet rock guy, as “stuff in a jar guy.” But it’s no “Jump to Conclusions Mat”.

  3. I agree with AJ that you could be following the footsteps of the “pet rock guy” your “Thing in a Jar” could be sold as anything from a paperweight to a gag joke.  Look into www.thinginajar.com for a future business…
