Bottling the beer went well. We have discovered that we need a little bit more equipment to make it go more smoothly, but at the end of bottling we had 44 beers.
That was a week ago. Last night I tried my first beer. Though it wasn’t fully carbonated (little tiny bubbles), it was still pretty tasty. I think if I wait another 5 days or so, it will be super yummy. It’s so neat to think that we made this with our own hands! (Well, the yeast kinda did it’s thing too.)
In other news – we have a dog. His name is Rusty. He’s a Golden Retriever/Beagle mix.
